Terms and Conditions
In order to secure your booking, a 40% deposit is required to be sent by cheque or bank transfer. Detailed instructions are issued to the inquirer. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. There is no cancellation refund, so we recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any eventualities.
The owners reserve the right to request an additional indemnity deposit for excessive damage at the time of booking. This amount is fully refundable after inspection if the apartment is considered to be in the condition it was found by the guests when they arrived.
Arrival and departure times:
Rentals are from Saturday (pm) to Saturday (10am).
Bedding
We will prepare the number of beds in accordance with the number of people in the party and taking into consideration the request of a couple to share the double bed.
